Attributes:

• Manage end-to-end collections for the assigned state across all buckets (Soft, Hard, Field & Legal).
• Develop state-level collection plans to achieve monthly and quarterly recovery targets.
• Monitor portfolio health, delinquency trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and industry/regulatory guidelines.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Area Collection Managers, Team Leaders, and Field Executives.
• Allocate targets, track team performance, and conduct periodic reviews.
• Ensure on-ground discipline, compliance, productivity, and SOP adherence.
• Manage and onboard collection agencies and field partners across the state.
• Set SLAs, track performance, and ensure proper compliance reporting.
• Manage payouts, billing validation, productivity, and dispute resolution.
• Conduct field visits, escalations handling, and monitor high-risk accounts.
• Drive repossession/RCU activities as applicable.
• Ensure timely legal actions for chronic delinquent cases.
• Publish daily/weekly/monthly MIS for state performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management for improving recovery.
• Collaborate with central teams (Credit, Product, Risk, Legal, Data) for process enhancements.

Attributes:

• Good understanding of backend development and REST APIs.

• Experience with React.js or modern frontend development.
• Understanding of AWS/cloud infrastructure, servers, deployments, and basic DevOps concepts.
