Attributes:

• Tele-calling of customers and assist them in their loan application journey.
• Understanding of customers’ financial needs and offer custom solutions
• Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions

• Working knowledge of credit underwriting of retail loans, preferably digital loans
• Experience in CIBIL Analysis
• Job Profile is to review loan applications of customers applying through online mode, verify Income and KYC information of customers and decide on system-assisted loan eligibility
• Ensure timely decision of loan application within defined TAT
• To promptly follow-up with customers and facilitate completion of queries and faster decisioning of loans
• Tele-calling of customers to ensure delivering on preassigned KPIs like sanction rate, disbursal rate, conversion rate etc.

Attributes:

• To ensure recovery and be proactive in collections.
• Maintain feedback on each contract on collection efforts
• Maintain MIS of recoveries done and delinquency flows
• Counselling of borrowers over phone or physical presence on the benefits of timely repayment of loan etc.
• Excellent negotiation skills to convince customers to pay their loan on timely manner

Attributes:

• Tele-calling of customers who are overdue in loan repayment and persuade them for repayment
• Manage a portfolio of overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans and settlements
• Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions
• Meet monthly collection targets and performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to resolve customer issues
• Identify and report any potential fraud or suspicious activity
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Attributes:

• Develop evaluation programs that maximizes the output and productivity of the agents
• Conduct root-cause analysis of problems, possible solutions and provide actionable insights for performance improvements
• Monitor tele-calling trends within the company and benchmark against what is trending across the industry
• Conduct calibration/ feedback sessions with agents for improving the quality of interactions
• Experience on email audit, 7QC tools, Pareto analysis and Audit dashboards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
