Chief Executive Officer
Kaushik Chatterjee is the CEO and Founder of Unifinz. He is the architect of the digital lending business of Unifinz Capital and conceived the brand ‘lendingplate’. It is under his initiative that the retail operations were launched in the company in early 2022. Kaushik is a management graduate with 25 years of experience in personal finance. He has worked with multiple Banks and NBFCs including names like ICICI Bank, Indiabulls, India Infoline and Fullerton India. He has worked across functions and served in varied leadership roles before taking up the helm of Unifinz.
Chief Technical Officer
Srikanta Khatei is a qualified BTech in Computer Science with certification on Chief Digital Officer & Artificial Intelligence (AI) from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. He has overall work-ex exceeding 18 years and joins us from Pumpkin, a fintech startup, where he has been the CTO. He has worked as Lead Tech/ Head of IT in Escrowpay, SMC Finance, Progcap, Home Credit, Newgen Software.
Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Ankur Koul is a qualified MCA with 16 years of experience in personal finance. In his previous assignment with PayU Finance, he had been heading the Digital Marketing for Paysense and Lazypay. He has worked with Lenskart, Jabong, PCCare, vCustomer and even for a year with Google.
Chief Business Officer
Sagar Singh Gogawat is a management graduate with 12 years of experience in personal finance. In his previous assignment at GroundTruth, an international media platform, he had been the Product Lead for Innovation and Research. He has further worked with NBFCs like PC Financial, American Express, Paytm, L&T Finance, Kotak Mahindra Prime in varied roles of Product, Growth, Strategies and Partnerships.

Ritu Tomar is a qualified Company Secretary with more than 5 years of experience in companies like Dhansamridhi Finance, Alankit Limited and also Alankit Finsec Limited.

Priyanka Sachdeva is a management graduate with over 10 years of experience in dealing with human capital. In her previous assignments, she has worked with Lite Bite Foods (Dabur Group), Horizon Placements and Procon India.
